Lab grown diamonds (LGDs) are chemically, optically and physically identical to Natural Diamonds (NDs). The difference is just in their source. They are created in a lab reactor using a process that mimics how diamonds are made naturally below the Earth's mantle.

No, lab grown diamonds are real diamonds. Moissanites, Cubic zirconias or American stones or Swarovski are gemstones or glass. They are NOT DIAMONDS. They do not come with a certificate of authentication since they are not a diamond.
A naked human eye CAN differentiate between a diamond and other crystals. However,no human eye can differentiate between an earth diamond and a lab diamond.
