Himani Yadav’s, journey with lab-grown diamonds began not as a founder, but as a consumer — long before it was mainstream. Her very first lab-grown diamond was her engagement ring, a choice that wasn’t easy at the time. But what started as a personal decision quickly turned into a purpose.
A passionate believer in the power of modern, meaningful luxury, Himani left behind a high-profile career to build something different. With over 8 years of experience leading product & business growth at some of India’s most successful startups — including Ola, InMobi, xto10x, and MyGate — she brings the perfect balance of entrepreneurial drive, operational excellence, and customer-first thinking to Onya.
Today, she’s on a mission to make consciously crafted, beautifully designed lab-grown diamond jewellery accessible to millions of Indians.
