Exchange Policy

We offer a lifetime exchange on all our products so that our users can easily upgrade their jewellery with new designs at any given point in the future. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions need to be met:

1. The product should have been purchase from Onya.
2. The product's original invoice along with all the original certificates need to be provided
3. The product should be in good condition without any defects or irregularities.
4. The product should pass all our quality checks post inspection by our team. 

Details of Exchange are provided below:

• Gold/ Silver: 100% of the prevailing market value*
• Lab Grown Diamonds: 100% of the prevailing stone value of the same grade*
• Making charges shall be deducted from the old jewellery
• Making charges will be applicable for new jewellery
• Any price difference for an upgraded purchase will be charged additionally
