Order Cancellation Policy & Refund

Order Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order and before the order manufacturing process begins.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our partner merchant(s) and if they have initiated the process of making the product. In such an event, no cancellation or refund will be provided.
